Processing Time (2-15 business days)

The tailoring time varies from dress to dress due to the complexity of each dress. Whether you choose a standard size or give us your custom measurements, all our dresses suits are personally tailored for you from scratch. Normally it will take about 2-15 working days to tailor your dresses by our professional dressmakers.
Note: If your order consist only accessories, we only take 1-3 business days to conduct Quality Control checks before shipping.

Delivery Time for Standard Shipping (5-23 business days)

After confirming your order, it will take 3-8 business days for the package to travel from our facilities to your destination if you choose standard shipping method. So the delivery time for standard shipping is 5-23 business days.

Delivery Time for Expedited Shipping (4-20 business days)

After confirming your order, it will take 2-5 business days for the package to travel from our facilities to your destination if you choose expedited shipping method. So the delivery time for expedited shipping is 4-20 business days.

1. Please leave us a message in advance if your order is urgent.
2. The shipping time is an estimate time. Due to the destination country, package size, package weight and heavy transport, it might take longer.
3. Please understand that we do not ship out packages on weekend & public holidays. Major Chinese holidays: Labor Day (1st May every year), Chinese National Day (1st October every year) and Chinese Lunar New Year. Delivery time can be affected due to the impact on manufacturers, suppliers and courier companies. Please remember to plan ahead during these holiday periods.
